These frequencies cannot be heard but can add a little zing to tones, highs, and lows. If you like more bass, get a wider frequency response headset.
Noise cancellation:
A quality headset must be able to suppress or eliminate noise from the background. Usually headphones with more than one microphone where the headset cancels noise by its DSP algorithm while maintaining the quality of sound. This technology works best for uniform frequency sounds like air conditioner’s hum, machinery, generator noise, etc.
Impedance:
The electric power required to drive a headset is called impedance. Generally, 16-Ohms is a reasonable impedance number on headsets. Low-impedance headsets can work with weaker amplification such as smartphones or tablets whereas, high-impedance ones need dedicated high amplification to work. Buy headset according to the source device.
Price and reviews:
Always consider these two factors seriously, the higher the price the better the features, comfort, and longevity. Ask around and read reviews/recommendations regarding your target headset.
