The distance between your ladders up to the arch needs to be at the minimum of 0.7 millimeters and no greater than 0.8 meters, with an arc’s diameter of 0.35 to 0.4 meters.
Taller extension Ladders that exceed 10 meters should be fitted with rest areas at least 10m high. Stepladders are equipped with tools (hooks chains, hooks) that do not allow them to break apart when working on them in a synchronized manner. The ladder’s slope should not exceed 1:3.
For the passage of workers performing work on the roof of buildings with a slope of more than 20 degrees and a roof with a coating that is not designed for the weight of workers, ladders are arranged with transverse slats to support the legs. The ladders are fixed at the time of work.
Extension Ladders and bridges must be rigid and have fastenings that exclude the possibility of their displacement. If the length of ladders and bridges is more than 3 m, intermediate supports are installed under them.
